We have particular expertise in the specialised field of helping overseas companies to set up an operation in the UK. We are in effect able to take over the Finance, Administration and Human Resource roles for a business.Alternatively if you are an established business you may wish to take advantage of particular areas of our services such as Outsourced Accounting or Payroll Services thus relieving the burden of providing these services in house. Our overriding aim is to provide a personal, flexible and professional service tailored to the particular needs of our client.
Fixed FeesMany businesses are reluctant to seek help as often as they would like to because they worry about the spiralling costs of their professional advisors. Here at Kevin Beare & Co we have taken care of this worry too! Unlike most firms, we do not charge by the hour. We operate on the basis of an agreed monthly fee, which is fixed for a set period of time provided agreed parameters such as staff numbers or turnover are not exceeded. The fee is arrived at by estimating in advance the amount of work for the given period. Kevin Beare & Co. will then do whatever is needed, within the fixed fee, to support the client’s activities within the agreed parameters.
