	Kevin Beare FCA Kevin qualified in 1972 and moved immediately into industry. Starting as Financial Accountant he progressed to a number of Director roles for UK subsidiaries of overseas companies including Thyssen and MAN. Realising there was a need for this expertise in smaller companies, in 1994 he established his own practice providing Finance Director type services on a cost effective part-time basis. This role quickly developed into providing an out-sourced accounting resource for those companies who wanted results, but not the worry of doing their own finance and administration in house. Kevin lives in Bracknell and is married with two children.
	Maggi Randall BA ACA Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 Maggi has held a variety of positions both in and out of the Accounting profession including 2 years in East Africa with a major international firm. After working for many years as an Investment Accountant for a leading Insurance Company, and following a career break, Maggi joined Kevin Beare & Co in a Marketing role
	David Bertram FCA CTA David is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. Since qualifying he has worked mainly in Taxation including 2 years in Canada with a major international firm. For a number of years David was Tax Training Manager with Thornton Baker. He now concentrates on Tax Consultancy and has written a number of tax handbooks. He also contributes to professional journals. Outside of work David is connected with several charities and is currently involved in setting up a Credit Union in Reading. He is married with four children and a growing number of grandchildren.
	Dominique Lennard ACMA ATT Dominique spent 18 years working in industry, 15 of these in the IT sector, before moving into practice. She qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1992 and she is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
	Jayne Robinson BA ACA Jayne qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a medium sized firm in London before joining KPMG in Paris. She spent several years living in various locations across Europe before returning to the UK. Following a career break Jayne joined Kevin Beare & Co where amongst other responsibilities she manages the outsourced payroll function.
	Adrian London FCA Adrian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1966 and continued to work in general practice within a small firm, most of his clients being small and medium sized businesses. He was joint senior partner for many years before he retired in 1997 and moved to Spain. In 2005 he returned to the UK and in March 2006 joined Kevin Beare & Co where he fulfils various accounting and practice assurance roles. Adrian is married with a daughter. In his spare time he has undertaken a number of committee and treasury roles for charities. He is passionately interested in grand opera and has participated in a number of amateur performances.
	Paul Beare Following recent completion of his 'A' levels in Business Studies Paul has joined Kevin Beare & Co in the role of Marketing Executive based at the firm's new London Office in Wood Street..
	Carol Cutting BSc ACMA Carol qualified in 1991 and has worked in several commercial roles as an Accountant. She is responsible for running the Outsourced Accounting function for several of our larger clients.

Kathleen Godfrey MSc BSc Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Kathy is a Personnel Advisor with extensive experience of human resourcing issues and a foundation of over 20 years working at an operational and strategic level in personnel and marketing functions for large international companies.
